The Cottage Pour is our curdiest expression — milk that has gathered itself into small white clusters suspended in their own liquid. Passes through a wide-mouth cup. Traditionally taken with a spoon by those who prefer.
A cottage-style pour with no relation to any other category of dairy product. We are simply a hollow dairy; this is simply how the milk came out; this is simply what we bottle.
