Monumental Gather is what we pour when there's reason. Eight days rested, drawn exclusively from High Meadow, where the grass runs deep and the cows take their time.
The chunks here are not shy. A single one may occupy a tasting cup on its own. Hand-graded to ensure each jar contains no fewer than four of structural size.
